Lori Cohen provides a fun, interactive program. Enjoy music, movement, parachute play and more! Class geared for children under 5. All children participate with an adult caregiver. Parents/caregivers do not need to register.

Join instructor Lyndsay Roy for a fun and creative yoga class designed specifically for children. This class will guide your child in building a healthy foundation for life-long learning as they develop age-appropriate skills to increase confidence and coordination, patience and concentration, body awareness and emotional regulation, and so much more. Yoga mats will be provided or feel free to bring your own!
