This four-week class (July 6, 13, 20, 27), led by Mareesa Nicosia, certified Yoga instructor, is a sweet and cooling slow-flow class that is suitable for all experience levels--beginners welcome!  Are you feeling tired, wired, unfocused, or just need to hit pause during a busy week?  Bring your (physical and emotional) heat to the mat and leave feeling cooler, calmer, and refreshed.  This 60-minute indoor class includes breath work, a warm-up, a series of gentle asanas (physical yoga postures), and a short meditation--all designed to dial down your inner temperature during the heat of summer.  Ages 18+. Please bring your own mat. Two yoga blocks and a bolster or small blanket are also nice to have, but not required.
