In this four-week class (October 10, 17, 24, 31), Inner Sage Yoga Founder Mareesa Nicosia leads a Kripalu-style yoga class that is designed for all levels, including beginners. Build strength, improve flexibility, energize your nervous system, and have some fun! Teaching will focus on breathwork, alignment, and protecting the joints.
Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Chairs are also available for support. Modifications are offered to support your individual needs.
