Join instructor Lyndsay Roy for a fun and creative yoga class designed specifically for children. This class will guide your child in building a healthy foundation for life-long learning as they develop age-appropriate skills to increase confidence and coordination, patience and concentration, body awareness and emotional regulation, and so much more.
