Summer Reading Kickoff - David Engel's Pirate School

Pirate School! has captivated adventure-questing kids and their families with a winning combination of wholesome humor, slapstick antics, adept magic, cartoon-like sound effects, eye-popping puppetry, eccentric props and active, full-audience participation. Ages 4 and up. Kids are encouraged to attend in costume.

During this riotous show kids learn the finer points of mischief and become "good pirates" cooperating and carousing together while getting the chance to live out their Sea-Faring dreams! Pirate School! is lead by the warm-hearted, bumbling pirate Professor Billy Bones who lives to teach zany lessons on how to stand, talk, laugh, eat and carouse like boisterous buccaneers.

Touring to performing arts centers, family festivals and schools nationwide, Pirate School! was created by New York-based David Engel, a family entertainer with over 25 years of experience performing across the U.S, Europe and Asia.
