Shed the years, and maybe a few pounds, as you shake, rattle, and roll your way through six decades of rock's greatest hits in a five-week dance fitness class (March 29, April 5, 12, 19, and 26), led by certified fitness instructor Jody Alesandro, that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and balance. Register for one, some, or all classes.
