In this four-week class (January 10, 17, 24, 31) Jian-Yang Rong, Certified Qi-Gong Therapist and Instructor, will guide participants in the art of Qi-Gong through energy and gentle body movement for healing the body, mind, and emotions. Register for one or multiple sessions. The Zoom invitation will be sent with your confirmation E-mail and your reminder E-mail two days prior to each class. If you do not receive your Zoom link by noon on the day prior to each class, please contact the library before 5 p.m. for help with receiving the link. After 5 p.m. on the evening before the class, the Zoom link will not be resent. Participants have the option of attending in person at the library or via Zoom. The instructor will be on Zoom.
