In this four-week class (October 2, 9, 16, 23)) Jian-Yang Rong, Certified Qi-Gong Therapist and Instructor, will guide participants in the art of Qi-Gong through energy and gentle body movement for healing the body, mind, and emotions. Register for one or multiple sessions. The Zoom invitation will be sent with your confirmation E-mail and your reminder E-mail two days prior to each class. If you do not receive your Zoom link by noon on the day prior to each class, please contact the library before 5 p.m. for help with receiving the link. After 5 p.m. on the evening before the class, the Zoom link will no longer be available for resend. Participants have the option of attending in person at the library or via Zoom.
