Rinku Bhattacharya, professional chef and author of two cookbooks, will provide a series of classes on the essentials of Indian cooking. For the first class, Rinku will talk about the benefits of essential spices, demonstrate putting together a starter kit, and talk about the history behind the use of these spices. Registration begins October 20 for one or all four classes. You must register for each class you will be attending. Note: A $5 materials fee for each class ($20 total if attending all four classes) is due by November 17.
