Rinku Bhattacharya, professional chef and author of two cookbooks, will provide a series of classes on the essentials of Indian cooking. For the final class, Rinku will demonstrate how to make Khichuri - Ayurvedic rice and lentil medley. Registration begins November 20. Note: A $5 materials fee is due by December 15.
