Rinku Bhattacharya, professional chef and author of two cookbooks, will provide a series of classes on the essentials of Indian cooking. For the third class, Rinku will demonstrate how to make Matar Paneer - cottage cheese with green peas. Registration begins November 20 for one or the remaining two classes. You must register for each class you will be attending. Note: A $5 materials fee for each class ($10 total if attending the remaining two classes) is due by December 8.
