Rinku Bhattacharya, professional chef and author of two cookbooks, will provide a series of classes on the essentials of Indian cooking. For the second class, Rinku will demonstrate how to make Dal-Tarka - lentils with tomatoes mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Registration begins November 20 for one or the remaining three classes. You must register for each class you will be attending. Note: A $5 materials fee for each class ($15 total if attending the remaining three classes) is due by December 1.
