Artists' Bio:

When you GIve a Mouse a Cookie reminds me of how back in 2020 Yoshimi Arai artist and Treasurer of the Croton Council On the Arts  introduced me to Jim Christensen, Board President of the Croton Council on the Arts. I had taken a photo of my mom's subway stop on 23rd st on the 1 line and my mom thought making a card would be something I would enjoy doing. Fast forward 4 years and my cards are available for purchase at Hudson Valley Books for Humanity in Ossining NY. I have self published two books on Amazon's kindle digital press, Nature as Sanctuary Seeking Refuge in the Pandemic and most recently Galapagos: Trip of a LIfetime. My work has been viewed at Kino Saito Gallery in Verplank , vendor events through the North East Etsy Collective and I have participated in the Hudson River Valley Arts Festival hosted by the ccoa.org When I am not behind a camera you can find me teaching swimming at Premier Athletic Club in Montrose and working as a Direct Support Professional for Select Human Services in Pleasantville NY
